Custom SF Express account integration
To let our users have more flexible options on carriers, we open an account-integration feature for connecting your carriers on Spaceship Pro. This feature enables users to integrate their existing carriers and special contract discounts into Spaceship Pro.
If you already have an SF Express account with specific discount rates, you can now easily incorporate it into your Spaceship Pro settings, thereby applying your existing discounted rates seamlessly.
How to use it:
Click on “Settings”, and navigate to the “Carriers” section. Input your SF express Monthly Payment Account No.
Reminders:
- After binding your exclusive SF Express account, you will not able to use discounts of SF express provided by Spaceship Pro.
- Once you submit SF Express Monthly Payment Account No., it will take 4-5 days for the integration.
In the future, we plan to introduce more Carrier integration. We kindly ask for your anticipation and patience.
Precise weight calculation to 0.05kg, saves more for your shipping costs
Shipping cost has always been a top concern for e-commerce users, especially when the weight of their parcels significantly impacts the cost. Spaceship Pro has taken package weight calculation to the next level by refining it to a minimum of 50g (0.05kg). With this enhancement, even the smallest items can now be accurately priced, alleviating any concerns about unnecessary surcharges.
Ship multi-packages in one shipment
Spaceship Pro now offers a consolidated shipping feature, allowing multiple orders placed by the same customer on the same online store or at different times to be shipped together as a single shipment. Within a single shipment, users can add different package options, streamlining the management of shipments and reducing the need for multiple tracking URLs.
With just one tracking URL provided to the customer, both parties can save time and effort by easily monitoring the entire shipment process. This enhancement aims to simplify the shipping process and enhance the overall customer experience for both the sender and the recipient.

- For importing orders(CSV template) does not support multi-packages
- Spaceship Air & HK Post cannot support multi-packages at the moment
Auto-set up for carriers – Shipping Automation
When importing orders in bulk, manually configuring shipping and selecting appropriate carriers for different routes can be time-consuming and error-prone. However, with Spaceship Pro’s Shipping Automation feature, you can now streamline this process by specifying designated carriers for various shipping routes. During order import as a draft, the logistics settings will be automatically applied, saving you the trouble of manual input.
By utilizing Shipping Automation, whether you’re processing bulk order imports or connecting orders from your E-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify), the entire process becomes much quicker and more efficient.
How to use it:
Click on “Settings”, and navigate to “Shipping Automation” to input your preferred designated carriers and add multiple different route settings as needed.
With Shipping Automation, you can optimize your shipping workflow, reduce potential errors, and ensure a seamless and hassle-free shipping experience.
Reminders:
- The imported orders and pre-select carriers will be in Drafts and users and confirm or edit forwards.
- When users have multiple shipping automation rules, rules listed at the top are of higher priority, and only the first matching rule will be applied to each shipment draft
